Every once in a while I like to post and all Vegetarian Menu for people who are awesome enough to be vegetarians. Most of the dinner’s on this weeks menu are actually Vegan, only Thursday’s dinner has eggs, so it does not qualify. Go to the Weekly Menus page for the Vegetarian # 2 menu and shopping list.
