I just posted a new menu and shopping list for the week of October 15th. Sorry I skipped last week but I was in Phoenix, AZ for IsaU and quite frankly was too busy to put a menu together. Let me just tell you what a sad week of dinners it was at my house. They were still healthy just not the usual exciting dinners I generally try to make. The picture featured on today’s post is the Seared Scallops with Apple-Cider Balsamic Glaze from the Menu for October 1st. Now that was a delicious meal!
