Yeah it’s finally Friday of a long and busy week.  We are off to hang out with friends tonight.  In order to keep to my diet I will be bringing the dinner and cooking for everyone.  I’m making some easy Shrimp and Veggie Stir Fry. I may have a glass of wine tonight but plan to keep the alcohol to a minimum, need to see some results from the diet and workout routine this week.

I believe that tonight’s workout is Power Sculpt which is 47 minutes consisting of 9 round, 3 minutes per round.  I will post how this workout compared with the other sometime tomorrow.

I posted next week’s menus to the site today, so I’m all ready for grocery shopping this weekend.  We have another play tomorrow night and out to dinner with our fellow season ticket friends.  We are trying out a tapas place, Vaca, that I’ve heard good things about so I’m excited.
